The VIORIA Approach
Guided by Compassion.
Focused on Sustainable Change.
We believe lasting wellness is about more than willpower.
The patterns that drive stress, emotional eating, inconsistency, and self-sabotage often begin in the subconscious. That's why VIORIA Health combines GLP-1 support with behavioral science, nervous system regulation, and subconscious rewiring to help create change that feels sustainable, mentally and physically.
Because real transformation happens when your mind and body work together.

The Vision of VIORIA
VIORIA was founded by Phallyn Folse who experienced firsthand how much can change during a GLP-1 journey.
While her medical care supported the physical and clinical side of treatment, she also found herself navigating changes in identity, self-trust, stress, old coping patterns, and becoming comfortable in a changing body. These experiences often unfolded gradually in everyday life, between medical appointments.
With a background in chemical engineering, systems leadership, hypnotherapy, and behavior change, Phallyn began building a resource designed to complement the care patients already receive.
VIORIA brings together guided reflection, nervous system support, subconscious pattern work, and practical tools to help people navigate the emotional and behavioral side of change in a more supported and sustainable way.
VIORIA does not replace medical care. It extends support beyond the appointment by helping people work through the human side of change as it unfolds in daily life.
The Science Behind Sustainable Change
We bridge the gap between GLP-1 support, behavioral science, and subconscious rewiring to help change finally feel sustainable.
Subconscious Rewiring
Most habits aren’t created consciously, they’re driven by subconscious patterns built over years. Through evidence-based hypnotherapy techniques and repetition, we help interrupt automatic behaviors and create new neural pathways that support long-term change.
Neuroplasticity & Habit Formation
Your brain is capable of change at any age. Small, consistent actions strengthen new neural connections over time, making healthier choices feel more automatic instead of something you constantly have to “force.”
Stress & Metabolism
Chronic stress impacts far more than just your mindset. Elevated stress can influence cravings, emotional eating, sleep, inflammation, and metabolic function. By reducing overwhelm and calming the nervous system, the body is better able to regulate energy, recovery, and sustainable wellness behaviors.
